Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Case No. CR-496736 before the Honorable Dick Ambrose. Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Evidence was granted in a case involving hundreds of prescription pain killers and marijuana trafficking allegations upon the execution of a Cuyahoga County Search Warrant. As a result, all charges were Dismissed. The Eighth District Court of Appeals unanimously Affirmed the trial court’s decision in granting the Motion. See: State v. Kelly, 2009Ohio 957.
