Defendant was accused by his ex-wife and 13 year old daughter of choking, and strangling his ex-wife in an argument where he was alleged to have been intoxicated while on probation for another offense. After a two day jury trial, Defendant, a general contractor who builds commercial properties, was found Not Guilty on charges of Domestic Violence and Criminal Damaging.
