Case No. CR596326(2016), before the Honorable Hollie Gallagher. Defendant was accused of feloniously assaulting, kidnapping, shaving, and urinating on his daughter’s mother prior to their break-up. Defendant fled prosecution, but ultimately turned himself in, went to trial, and was found Not Guilty on two counts of kidnapping, two counts of felonious assault, a felony charge of disrupting a public service, and charges of child endangering.
